Sharon Chatten Confidentiality Agreement Form.

As a student attending Zoom classes at Sharon Chatten Studio, I understand and agree to the following:

1) I am not allowed to tape, film, record or photograph/screenshot in any way, any portion of the class.

2) Sharon Chatten Studio will record student scenes via Zoom and I will be given access to videos of myown scenes. These videos are only for my own personal learning and they may not be posted to social media or anywhere online or shared with anyone else in any way, at any point in time.
